Quick summary: Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery and contact us before sending anything back. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and undamaged, with the supplied accessories; contact us about damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items. For approved eligible returns, Airbuns provides and pays for a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee and we do not offer exchanges. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change of mind, the item must be unused and undamaged, with its included accessories. We also accept eligible claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description.
Start a return
Contact support@airbuns.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. For an approved return, Airbuns will provide a prepaid return label and the correct return instructions. Do not send a return to the business correspondence address unless we specifically direct you to do so.
There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are not offered; you may request a return and place a separate order.
Refund timing
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and let you choose whether to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a prompt refund.
